Rosario's Italian Restaurant is a compact, full-service spot nestled on Carson Street, offering a cozy atmosphere that balances the feel of a neighborhood joint with a touch of classic Italian dining. It’s the kind of place where the staff know regulars by name, and the kitchen consistently delivers pizzas and pasta that locals keep coming back for.

The menu focuses heavily on pizza, with an emphasis on generous toppings and bold flavors. The Chicago Style Pepperoni Jalapeño Pineapple Pizza and Rosario’s Special — loaded with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, and optional anchovies — are popular picks that show the kitchen isn’t afraid to mix traditional with unexpected ingredients. Beyond pizza, their pasta and ravioli options come with soup or salad and garlic bread, making for satisfying, well-rounded plates.

This restaurant suits groups who want hearty, filling meals and appreciate a bit of flair in their toppings. The service is noted to be attentive and friendly, with staff who seem to genuinely care about accommodating preferences, like the extra effort taken to prepare salads just right. It’s equally comfortable for families celebrating milestones or local residents grabbing a reliable, flavorful dinner after a long day.

Rosario’s tends to feel liveliest during early evening hours, especially when groups arrive to share pizzas and unwind. While the space itself is modest, the quality of food and personal touch in the service are what stand out. Patrons often visit from neighboring areas, willing to make the drive because the kind of pepperoni pizza here isn’t easy to find elsewhere.

For anyone in Carson or nearby looking for Italian food that leans heavily on well-crafted pizza with a handful of classic pasta dishes, Rosario’s hits the mark. It’s not a spot focused on frills or trends — instead, it delivers straightforward, reliably good Italian fare in a setting where the food feels made with attention and experience.

This place has the best pizza I've ever had better than the other places that I can't name. Great service from Jackie, Mary and the cooks, as they always chop my lettuce for my blue cheese salad. The pizza is so incredible I. Drive from Norwalk to Eat There and I take many people and they have gone back time and time again. When in the area, don't hesitate to stop by and have the best pepperoni pizza of your life.

Beautiful small place with the best pizza I've had in L.A., and I've had some. Staff are great on point and never disappointing. Definitely try this spot out.

Trying to find a non chain restaurant close enough to the graduation venue was tough. But then I found this gem! Now, don't let the B rating fool you. They're doing something right, so just try them out! Service was on point, and so was the homemade blue cheese dressing. It's probably the best we've ever tried. Absolutely amazing! The pizza!! I ordered a small, which took me 3 days to finish. Italian sausage with anchovies. Omg! I live in Washington now.. so let me tell you, if I were in Cali.. I'd drive the 2 hours from my old home to order their pizza. It was an amazing, delicious meal. The anchovies were not overwhelming to the pizza and actually complimented it all. Dipped a little in blue cheese dressing .. heaven! Don't miss out on trying out this little gem.

THIS is a SMALL specialty pizza. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny. The quality is world class and you can tell they put real love into their food. The staff are friendly and they make you feel welcomed. This place is a little known gem that people must experience at least once.
